Paid-To-Click, or simply PTC websites, act as middlemen between advertisers and consumers; the advertiser pays for displaying ads on the PTC website, and a part of this payment goes to the viewer when he views the advertisement.
From my own experience, involving my self with many PTC program, PTC means the easiest way to earn money from the internet but you have to be very patient because of you get money slowly and you must be diligent to visit the website that offer the program every day and view their advertisement.
There are many website that offer PTC program such as Clixsense, onbux, clickasia and many more.

There already doing many research about this program. There also try many program and make a list which PTC site is trusted and which is not.
